Advance Deposit Requirement
One night room and tax is due at time of booking
(July & August stays require 50% total room and tax)
In Season: Please cancel 14 days prior to arrival, if you cancel inside 14 days you will forfeit 50% of the full amount plus tax
Off Season: Please cancel 72 hours prior to arrival, if you cancel inside 72 hours you will forfeit one nights stay plus tax
